Ahimsa

Ahimsa is referred to as nonviolence, and it applies to all living beings including animals according to many Indian religions.

Recognize that thoughts lead to actions, and in order to remove violence in our everyday life, we must remove it from the birthplace that is the mind. You are beautiful, whole as you are and perfectly imperfect. Ahimsa means that you choose to honour and respect your own body.
